We are thrilled to announce that Elizabeth Evans-Jarvis has joined Aticus Law as Head of Employment Law.

With over 15 years of specialised experience in employment law and a remarkable track record in litigation and advisory services, Elizabeth brings invaluable expertise and leadership to our team.

Elizabeth’s career in employment law is complemented by over 20 years in commercial business, where she served as an International Business Development Manager, providing innovative pre-cloud solutions for both national and international clients. This commercial background enables her to deliver legal guidance that’s deeply aligned with our clients' operational and strategic objectives. Her ability to combine practical, real-world insights with deep legal knowledge will be a tremendous asset to our clients as they navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has advised and represented clients on an extensive range of employment issues, including complex discrimination claims, public interest disclosures, TUPE regulations, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and wages claims. Her experience spans from advise through to advocacy, having represented clients at both Employment and Appeal Tribunals.

Elizabeth’s role at Aticus Law will further include leading claimant class action claims on protective awards, and comprehensive, fast-track reviews of settlement agreements, ensuring clients can make informed decisions with efficiency and confidence.
